The Pekingese
is a small dog that was originally bred for Chinese Royalty.
They have a long coat that requires frequent grooming. A small
dog that does not require much exercise and is ideal for a
house-only dog. Not suitable for children, the Pekingese is an
alert dog wary of strangers and other animals. These stubborn
little dogs may be difficult to train and tend to bark a lot.
